Autocross For A Cure
Steel City Hobbies was asked to help out with this charity event as Steel City Hobbies is no stranger to lending a helping hand. The event pulled in about 120 registered racers. SCH asked AB Charles to help produce R/C activities for the show.
Below are a few pictures and videos from the race day. Hopefully next year the event will be hosted somewhere a little more visible such as Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. This year was the 2nd year and it was located at the Washington County airport.. a little off the beaten path!

Steel City Hobbies set up a nice display to show off some past events, and some R/C goods.
Pictured is Bill Salerno (blue shirt) of AB Charles (part time clerk) and one of SCH's race directors.

Thank you to AB Charles for making the appearance to help out with the show.

AB came armed with some heavy R/C artillery!

A close up of some of the RC stuff!

More R/C cars, trucks from both shops.

Is that Tony in that race car?

Hey! Nice mini van.... riiiiight!

Mini of Pittsburgh was there with their race car.. very cool.

Thanks to all who helped out for the good cause and hope to see you next year!
