Christmas Racing at SCH
a race for the children

Steel City Hobbies held it's second Christmas race to raise gifts for charity.

Race Results

This race was a great success raising gifts for Toys for Tots and for Project Bundle-Up for the Pittsburgh PA area. We had people come in from all over to help out including the US Marines and of course, Santa Claus!!! Thank you very much to everyone who helped make this such a great event for the people who really could use the help over the holidays.

There was also great eating at the track! Most of the food was gone within about 2 hours! It was delicious.

Below are some pictures from the festive day.

Santa Claus stops in to say hello to all the kids as well as pick up a few gifts for delivery this Christmas.

The food was so good that the SCH crew could not resist! It sure was delicious!

Santa test driving a R/C car - will we see him at future big races?

Ok, I think he is having too much fun!

Meanwhile, back at the food line...

Hey, who is this imposter? Oh, maybe it is Santa's cousin Frank?

Matt beats up on Tony - typical abuse the Race Directors take during race day!

"Hey Nitro! Pass the mayo would ya!"

Toys for Tots box building by the minute.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
