Steel City Hobbies stops in for opening day at McCullough's in Sarver, PA.

Steel City Hobbies was happy to be invited and to attend the opening day at McCullough's this Spring. Jerry, Jesse and I (Mike), drove up to Sarver, PA for a day of off-road racing. McCullough's started an annual "Race Against Cancer" in Sarver, PA two years ago. SCH has contributed an authentic autographed Pittsburgh Steelers football to help raise money for the cancer charity.

This race provided a fun time as they had approximately 60 - 70 entries. (not confirmed) The people were very nice and I met a lot of people who post on "Hobby Talk" so it was fun to be able to put a face with a "name".

I spoke with Doug, the owner of the track, and we may be working out a points series, or similar activity to spark interest between tracks.

Look below for a few pictures of the race day.

A great idea and nice display of track Rules.
