Steel
City Hobbies staff headed to Chicago Illinois on September 12, 2003 to see
what is hot at the 2003 International Model & Hobby Expo. Check in with
the store for the latest upgrades, models and events for the coming
year!
This show is pretty much an international show, with exhibitors from 32 countries.
International companies in attendance were from such countries as: Matt Francis and Adam Drake model their R/C cars for the SCH
crew.
By far, the hottest new R/C car is the Team Losi Mini-T!
The Mini-T is RTR. Here you can see the comparison in size
next to a 1/10th Scale
Jerry and Adam Drake duke it out on the test track!
Steel City Hobbies and Parma
Parma introduces the latest body for the T-Maxx, Sport-Maxx
and E-Maxx chassis. Very Cool. Parma painted up a few bodies for Steel
City Hobbies including this one. (above) Stop by the store to check it out!
These are the guys behind all the paint!
Onward to HPI
Jerry talks with HPI about the new .25 truck. HPI really needed
to do some upgrades as we at SCH have come across a few things that needed
to be worked on. Most improvements were sorely needed, so this should
prove to be a more user friendly model.
Hardcore
Hardcore is a Steel City Hobbies favorite
Hardcore was present with many displays such as this tricked
out T-Maxx.
